I don’t know about you but I reeeeally need a refresh! I’ve put together a 7-day meal plan with grocery list (all menu items are clickable to take you to the recipes) so we can do it together for the next three weeks and finish off August with a bang! All recipes are vegan and gluten-free.
You don’t have to follow the meal plan super strictly - throughout the refresh the main goal each day is to choose plants as much as possible, preferably unprocessed, e.g. fruit, veggies, smoothie bowls, beans, legumes, etc.
